A new generation of winemakers
The “VINI MORAS” was born from the passion for enology and love for HIS land, Irpinia, fertile territory, generous and full of potential.
The name “MORAS” is a tribute to the intense and lively color of our wines and their refined but decisive olfactory bouquet.
The winery preserves the traditions of our grandparents, always dedicated to the cultivation and production of great wines.
The company has always strived to obtain a high quality product, aware that it requires constant dedication and continuous innovation for this to happen.
“Quality, innovation and passion” is not by chance the motto that guides our company and that daily marks our work.
The production is accurate in every detail starting from the choice of vineyards. Paternopoli, Taurasi and Tufo: these are the favourite territories of the winery,
Land inevitably with a high wine vocation. Only such precious soils are able to give fine wines with an authentic and sublime taste.

Quality
Our vines are cultivated in areas with a strong wine vocation such as Paternopoli, Taurasi, Tufo, Lapio.
These lands are located at 400m s.l.m. and their characteristic clayey component and the privileged exposure to the sun predispose them to the production of prestigious wines like ours.
Awards from experts
Our wines have won important award. Taurasi was elected as the third best red wine in Italy and also our Irpinia Rosato DOC (Bochè) got the “Rosa d’Oro”at the Rosati d’Italia competition ( La guida al Bere Rosa).

Our production while rooted in the centuries-old tradition of wine Irpinia, day after day always research new techniques to improve the sustainability of production processes and increase the quality of products to add refinement and elegance to the intense flavors of the past.

Large selection of wines
• Our cellar offers a large production of wines that is divided into DOCG, DOC and IGT. We offer the prestigious Irpini wines (such as Taurasi, Flano and Greco), but also an innovative blend production such as the one born from the meeting between Aglianico IGT and Aglianico del Taburno, to satisfy even the most refined palates.
Sustainability
The Earth is the one that gives us the precious fruits for our work, it is a generating mother but also a daughter to look after. It is therefore essential for us to care for the company air, we also engage in the proper disposal of waste, we use alternative energy sources and we use recycled material and always reusable.
Customer care
The core of our business is the relationship with the customer. The first step to preserve it is certainly to propose a great product but also satisfy each request, keeping every feedback at heart.

Denomination of Controlled and Guaranteed Origin
Elected third best red wine in the yearbook of the best Italian wines 2023, the Taurasi D.0.C.G. by Francesco De Stefano is a wine of high prestige. It comes from a careful selection of Aglianico grapes.
It is undoubtedly the flagship of the company.

La guida sarà presentata a Milano durante la Milano Wine Week sabato 15 ottobre alle ore 16 presso Enoteca a Palazzo Serbelloni in Corso Venezia 16.
